The Jaycees provide personal growth opportunities for our members through individual development programming.

• Professional Skills: 

The competitions program helps our members enhance work skills such as public speaking, resume writing, interviewing, and debating.

• Trips: 

The chapter plans weekend to day trip for things such as skiing, rock climbing, hang gliding, or even skydiving.

• Speakers:

The chapter routinely brings in guest speakers for chapter meetings such as financial planners, project management, and even fascinating guest such as a U2 Pilot
